    There's no way to get a hold of these folks other than to go through the 800 number which is a massive snarl up of messages. Press this number then the number, etc. It's the prime example of bureaucracy gone among . I used to be able to get all of the local post office and now it is immediately sent to the 800 number. This is not what I expect. I believe that it could be solved , that is the problem with a mirror conversation with the postmaster or one of the employees there. Instead, i am sent to a quagmire of push this button and then the next. I'm very disappointed.

    Lost my package with no explanation or plan to make it right. I left my info for her 4x, and she never reached out. The 5th time went in, I got a face to face interaction were she said "I don't know" and "you're just going to have to file a claim." Thanks for nothing.
