Took all the labels away, I asked for labels so I could write the Addresses on my Package to which she said "Wait your turn let me help these other people" then scolded me for "holding up her line" when giving me the labels. They've also lost so many packages in the last 4 years that I'm hellbent on going somewhere else. Management, accountability needs to be exercised somewhere. It starts now.

It's pretty bad I live in Raytown, just 5 minutes away and choose to travel farther because the service is awful.
