Bad attitude from Workers. Took all the labels away, I asked for labels so I could write the Addresses on my Package to which she said "Wait your turn let me help these other people" then scolded me for "holding up her line" when giving me the labels.
They've also lost so many packages in the last 4 years that I'm hellbent on going somewhere else.
Management, accountability needs to be exercised somewhere. It starts now.

A few ladies that work there are very rude, I've been coming here for 20 years, so I will try the Lee's Summit post office for better service and attitude. It's pretty bad I live in Raytown, just 5 minutes away and choose to travel farther because the service is awful.

The really bad attitude of the girl at the front desk was awful and it's very doubtful that I will be coming back to this post office. It's a shame because it's my local one but I'll drive further to NOT be treated so inhumane and unfriendly. She shouldn't be in customer service if she is like that with people. Keep her IN THE BACK!

Rude employees!!! They claim they only have a handful of green certified return cards and wouldn't give more for a state employee who needs to send out legal letters. Calling bs!! It's the damn post office!!! Just close this post office already!! Too many times of getting horrible rude service!!

The workers were so incredibly rude! No greeting, scowls and hateful tones! It’s unfortunate that workers have no respect for customers.
