Rude employees!!! They claim they only have a handful of green certified return cards and wouldn't give more for a state employee who needs to send out legal letters. Calling bs!! It's the damn post office!!! Just close this post office already!! Too many times of getting horrible rude service!!

The workers were so incredibly rude! No greeting, scowls and hateful tones! It’s unfortunate that workers have no respect for customers.

Not helpful Not friendly got snappy when asked a simple question I waisted so much time just trying to return a package 🙃 they could have saved me so much time if they just told me I need to get my labels printed at the library and I had to tape it on the box they said we don't have tape you have to go buy the tape I could have done all of that at the library so instead I made 3 trips to the post office

The Raytown Branch is an incompetent facility. The employees are rude and never at fault. Hopefully one day soon the USPS will be eliminated. The USPS is an extreme financial failure that we should not be burdened with. The computer has bankrupted the USPS. The American taxpayers do not owe these people jobs or retirement checks! They feel entitled for all the wrong reasons. I am thankful for direct deposit and online banking. I urge everyone who has been a victim of their incompetence to always vote against any politicians who support this dysfunctional organization. This is the last time that I make the mistake of doing business with them!
