Had problem printing label so went in with business UPS account # and he refused to use it and said would give me a quote through him as it’s at the discretion of each location to do it with an account. Told me I could go print my own label and I explained I was having an issue getting that done. Said I would no longer use this location and he said that’s perfectly fine with him. Unreal Customer Service!!

I will drive out of my way to keep from using this location.
