We live in Kensington Farms and are mail service is horrible. Many days there is no mail service at all and then on one day we get a whole box full. Many neighbors will say the same. Sometimes they arrive in am and sometimes it’s after 6pm and sometimes they don’t arrive at all. Would love to have a constant time or at least around the same time and receive every day

This post office deserves zero stars. Customer service is non existent. It is NOT due to being under staffed...there are plenty of postal workers there, but they simply observe the long line of customers and continue their conversations with coworkers. When you finally DO get to the counter, the service you likely receive is less than stellar. And you are taking a risk by assuming your packages will be mailed...since these trusty folks seem to mysteriously misplace certain items and they make it to their destination (2 hours away) a mere 3 weeks later. Mail service in general is terrible and complaining to a “supervisor” is useless. After seven years in the same house in Raymore, I continue to receive mail for numerous other people and addresses, my packages may or may not show up, and they might even be thrown from the mail truck to my front door, my mailbox has been run into countless times by the carrier and on more than one occasion I have questioned whether or not I am actually receiving my mail. Frustrating!
