This Post Office location is a complete joke. It’s the same employees every time, an older gray haired lady and an African-American male. They are both the laziest people I’ve ever met!! Beware if you put your Pre-labeled packages in the drop bin, they will never get scanned and they will get lost!! They think it’s entertaining to just “ lose” your packages. But if you go up to the counter to have them scan and check them in, they huff and puff and complain, having to even scan a few barcodes! The African-American male Is extremely disrespectful, has no customer service, and has yelled at me multiple times in there. It’s worth going to a different location. This place needs shut down.

I was out front when the mail truck passed by, I had just moved in and ordered a package that they did not ask an apt # for. He confirmed with me that my last name was already in the mailbox and it would still make it to me either way, but he did not have it. 30 minutes later I go inside and check tracking, and sure enough he did scan it, and delivered it.It was put in the wrong mailbox STILL. I’m not sure how after that conversation he still fumbled, I know you’re working hard but my man; I’m graying here.

I went in to mail something that I didn’t really understand what I was doing and the ladies talking to me particularly one were very rude. Then they kept moving me to different spots and then I would have to start all over again what I was doing and the tone of voice was just downright nasty and very condescending. Unfortunately they move me so many times that all my different slips and packaging got mixed up and now I am not even sure how I am going to figure out what goes with what.

They lost a package (think it was stolen) after it being dropped in their drop off area inside. Don't just drop anything off and not get a receipt. You'll regret it.
