It arrived in PB on 01-30-2026. yes, we had snow ...but roads were clear by Monday. Mail was running again, other packages and mail have been delivered to my address, but yet this ONE much needed medical supply has still not delivered. The tracking number says out for delivery for 7 freekin days now! Trying to get someone on the phone is awful, and when you do they say we will check into it. And that's it. never hear anything back. ;Update to 7 days of "out for delivery" medical supply package finally arrived. Got email apology. After filing formal complaint with USPS home office.

Today's mail never got delivered, I'm assuming because it was raining and some Amazon packages were involved...this happens quite frequently. According to the email Amazon sent me, the usps needs additional info to deliver package which is completely false. I guess they needed additional info for the rest of our mail as well even though it all has correct info on informed daily digest. Hopefully this time they don't ship it all states away only to have it come back to try to cover themselves as they have in the past. Its a shame what has become of usps
