I got there and was informed that they were getting so many people from the city that they were having to start taking appointments. The lady working the desk was very sweet and still took the time to help me out and let me put the application in. It was a really good start to my day, and really put me in a good mood. Hard to find this kind of service a lot of the time in the city.
