When we arrived, both ladies were incredibly rude because we did not have an appt and made us feel like a huge inconvenience. Years ago we had our passports done here and it was a great experience so we decided to make the trip again. Never again. When I told the lady there was a way to speak to us without making us feel like such an inconvenience, she said, “I think we have been very kind”. Definitely not.

I explained to the clerk Tracy that I was teaching my 4 year old son how the US Postal System works by mailing a letter and she was so excited to help teach him! She let him pick out the exact stamp he liked, counted out the change owed, let him place the stamp on the envelope, and then escorted us outside to show him the drop box. She showed him where the mail goes, how it gets scanned and explained the whole process step by step. She mentioned that she was passionate about mail and it showed! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain everything - she went above and beyond her duties!
