- GGGraceAug 7, 20251.0Haven't receieved any of the packages that were meant to be delivered by USPS in a timely fashion for the past year, and have had to pick up my own packages by going up there. My current order has been "out for delivery" for the past four days. My previous packaged was labeled as "lost", but it was sitting untouched at the post office. I am frustrated with the lack of attentiveness to scheduled packages and how difficult it is to get a hold of anyone for help!!!!
- MSMike Jones SrJun 28, 20251.0Nothing against this particular post office. Just the USPS. I mailed 2 priority boxes only one got to its destination. The other has been in transit for nearly 3 weeks and is still in transit. The postal service is clueless about where the package is. Finally was told that perishable items are not searched for, are not insurable, and no refunds if the package is not in hand, and is damaged. And in fine print mail at your own risk. These things were never explained to me when mailing the packages. But I've been doing this for years with no problem, but this one time I found all this out when my package just disappeared, and I did everything in their procedures to locate the missing package. Lesson learned, won't be a next time.
- JCJennifer CoteJul 18, 20221.0I think I must have gotten spoiled by my previous post office who would be able to deliver mail if the address is incomplete or off by number or not EXACTLY how they want it to be. They would also let me know if I had sufficient funds on prepaid label packages when I dropped them off. They were always friendly and helpful. DO NOT expect this level of service from the Post Office in Pleasant Hill. We have a physical address and PO Box. We have people address using both addresses per their suggestion. However, we have found that even though both are on the piece, they will not deliver to the 2nd line of the address. I have never had this many packages returned to sender or placed in a donation bin based on the rate of the package and the exactness of the labeling. We have also had packages arrive but sit on their shelf for a few days because we didn't get a pickup notice and it wasn't put in a package pickup box with a key. We have to watch informed delivery to check when we are expecting packages (sometimes it is delivered days later). I actually am concerned my service will be worse based on this negative review but people need to be aware. Fingers crossed 🤞

I can also schedule pick-ups on the usps website very easily and they are willing to provide mail tote baskets for my packages.
