- AGAfton GildehausJan 13, 20261.0Unable to contact the local office to discuss an issue with receiving a letter from the state that requires a signature. The 800 number isn't helpful at all. Curious what the process is for couriers when they have to deliver anything requiring a signature? Our business is open 364 days a year from 8am-10pm, and yet the courier always misses us when a letter requires a signature-which isn't very often. I've scheduled a redelivery and have insisted the courier do their due diligence by coming to the front door of the store to make sure someone can sign for this. Obviously, nobody will ever be at the mailbox to get a signature.
