Will update review after I see changes. Update: Got a confirmation my package was delivered to find nothing actually delivered. We contacted the post office to be told it was delivered to a different address on my block. Then we were asked if we could go to the neighbor to retrieve the package so the postal employee wouldn't have to..... Are they really this serious? Not sure what the hell is going on with this location, but never have I experienced the service failures in our first 13 years that i have in the last year. I have had to get a po box to ensure my paychecks are delivered to me instead of some random neighbor, then when my adult child moved out on their own and submitted a change of address for themself only, I learned my mail carrier decided that meant all mail to my address was to be rejected to the sender as forwarding address unknown. After having to retrieve my package last month from this post office because the mail carrier decided to pull the contents of my mailbox (even though the package was much larger then the mailbox), we have cancelled all weekly ads mail to ensure an empty mailbox. For the second time in less than 30 days the carrier pulled mail instead of delivering the package to the house that was too large for the mailbox.
