"no access to delivery location" means the mail person didn't see the package in the truck. This is the 5th time this has happened and of course it's with the fragile packages. Tried calling and they closed their office 30 minutes early!! Wow! Really hope whenever they decide to deliver my package it's not ruined by then. I guess I have to start waiting at the mailboxes to make sure I get my mail

Very hit and miss on where delivered items are going to show up. Our mailbox is across the highway and we live down a gravel road, so we do not see our mailbox. Literally just had a big thing of toilet paper delivered, apparently on the ground by our mailbox, and imagine that, it's not there....no doubt picked up/stolen by someone driving or the mail person kept it for themselves. They also constantly stuff our small mailbox as full as they can with package deliveries because they are literally too lazy to drive down our road.

Consistently slow, unreliable, and unprofessional. Mail delivery is erratic—often late or skipped entirely—and staff at the physical location show little concern for service quality. Requests for help are met with indifference or attitude, and there’s no accountability for mistakes. It feels like mail is delivered at random, with no regard for consistency or customer needs. This location reflects a broader failure in USPS service standards. If you rely on timely or secure mail delivery, prepare for frustration.

I am so angry with this place right now that I'm crying. I am so disgusted with Park Hills office and whoever delivers my mail. My mail carrier has been to my house to deliver a package two times. Both times I was home the entire day. This person has been running around town with my mother's ashes and it makes me livid. They do not seem to know how to knock on a door. I'm not deaf and I'm only usually about 12 feet from the door. Could they not maybe open the storm door and maybe knock on the wooden door or maybe knock a second time. If this job is too hard maybe they need to get another job! First excuse they couldn't deliver one of my packages was "2 dogs". I've never seen dogs running around my neighborhood and I've been here for five years. Then I missed my mom's ashes not once, but twice. And Ive been home. I've been waiting months for her ashes and he's just be bopping around town with them! Smh!!!! And I'm in Farmington where they have two offices so why is my package in Park Hills????? 1.8 on their reviews? I would be embarrassed to work there.
