Cold, cruel, and completely lacking basic human decency. The assistant manager at this post office showed an unbelievable lack of compassion. A few families were briefly parked in the side lot to watch their preschoolers in a Halloween parade that lasted maybe 10 minutes. Instead of showing even minimal understanding, she came out threatening them with a tow truck, repeatedly saying one was “right around the corner.” Parents politely explained they would move immediately after watching their children. She was nasty, dismissive, and relentless. There is Always adequate parking here, no one was being inconvenienced, and any reasonable person would have shown grace. This behavior was unnecessary, unkind, and embarrassing for a public service role.

Extremely poor customer service. Management was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in resolving concerns. Feels more like they're running a correctional facility than a post office..

Several of my packages are being delivered while others are being held at 'customer request,' which is totally not true. No notice is being left from them that they are doing this. I'm finding out through the tracking that they made zero attempts to deliver our packages. We also have had issues with the delivery drivers aiming their vehicles at our front door and then making a 6-point turn around in our tiny driveway, damaging our yard in the process and nearly taking out our neighbor's fence. Most importantly, there's a safety concern for my kids playing on the other side of the door; one slip of the foot and they will drive right through my door. I have lived all over the country and have never experienced such poor USPS service or passive-aggressive behavior. We kindly asked them not to aim their vehicles at our front door or make turns in our tiny driveway, and now this. What is wrong with these people? Someone help me understand. I am at a loss. We are not unreasonable people. We address issues at the lowest level and do it kindly. It's an ask; we're not being rude or demanding and have expressed out genuine concern. They staright up do not care. Someone help me understand what the deal is. I really hate to escalate this issues, but how do you reason with people behaving like this?? I don’t get it.
