The wrong label was printed my package was never returned to Amazon $527 return. When I asked next steps I was told someone would get back to me they never did. They did admit that it was there mistake and that they mailed it to the wrong location and printed the wrong label.

So as you can imagine I was stressed and shipping was going to be 230 dollars and Denise at ups in Osage beach said nope we’re calling them! She helped me so much and got the problem resolved and I did not end up having to pay shipping at all. I’m so thankful for Denise she was so sweet and helpful and she turned my whole day around!! Thank you! 🙏
