- TTTanesha TaylorOct 1, 20251.0I walked into this location at 6:01 & I left out at 6:03. I wasn't acknowledged when i walked in and as I stood at the counter there was an older white gentleman and a middle-aged black female scanning packages. The female seemed to be a delivery driver but she still didn't speak. The gentleman scanned a package closer to where I was standing and STILL didn't speak! Hope someone else has a better experience than I did.

I know the system is for more than just this location, and that’s part of the problem. I needed to ask a specific question to **a person**. I can’t get through to someone because their stupid automated/AI system goes in circles.
