- RRRick RohneMar 30, 20261.0I've always used another carrier, but this carrier was closer to my house so I thought I'd give it a shot. I dropped off my RMA package for delivery to a service department. They stated the package was damaged and declined to take it. I received the package with a damaged indent on the side, so I took it to FedEx to see if they could resend it free of charge. Their answer... No! Not only no, but it was "my fault" that they damaged the package because (he assumes) I didn't put enough bubble wrap inside the package. I didn't know I needed bubble wrap inside the package to protect the outside of the box from workers that play football with my package. It shocked me and I was a little upset. But the worker didn't really care. His answer was no, and that's "just company policy". Great! If that's company policy I can't blame the worker. I can only blame the company and that's why I will never ship FedEx again.
