  They close significantly before they are supposed to (over 20 minutes) and doors were locked. Then stand there and watch as people try to come in and just ignore you.

  I visited this location today to have work documents printed and shipped. Jordan went above and beyond helping me, He was very knowledgeable, polite and thanked me for my business coming into the store. Customer service at this location is impeccable!

  My experience at the UPS store on Hwy K(3818) is always great. Misha was awesome today, helping me get 2 separate packages shipped out, one of which was an Amazon return that I’ve never done before. I’ve in customer service for over 20 years and they were doing it right. And as a business owner they always make it so easy to get in and out quickly. They truly seem to enjoy their job, and that’s truly appreciated as a customer.
