Today is Dec 10th, 7pm. The lady working in the store was very rude, and that time I entered with my return package is at exact 7 PM and also I called her three minutes ago and told her that I am coming, and she told me that if you were inside by the door gets closed, we can take your package, but I was inside if you can check the cameras and she is so rude that she took my package from my hand and told Don’t ship this package and give it back to me and send me out and lock the door, but still She is helping the other customers inside, even if it is 7:10pm. I got all the pictures and videos which is clearly showing her behaviour
To the manager of this store, I am letting you know that my shipment is very important for me to send tonight, which wasn’t done by one of your staff member rudeness. I am reporting this to your corporate office and everybody

Today was my second time using this location for service, and the entire team has been awesome both times! Today they impressed me with their attitudes and quick turnaround. Zac gave me multiple options for a print job I had to ensure the price aligned with my needs. Laura handled my shipment with care while letting my son share jokes with her. Great experience. Thank you.

Paid $75 to overnight a pkg to Lexington, KY and specifically said no signature required. Office staff screwed up and sent it signature required. I didn't notice until I went to check tracking number about 2 hours later. I tried to call store but never made it through the vm script. Drove to store and was told they couldn't change it and I had to call 800 number. Person answering 800 number barely spoke English, but I determined she needed the store to verify shipping account. Went back into store only to learn they were not able to fix their error. I asked for a refund, but only the manager can do that and she is gone for a week. WTH? I guess it's UPS for me.
