The lady at the post office said they have a new postal carrier that doesn’t know the town and when she gets lost she just marks mail as undeliverable. Then put my mail in the wrong pile and sent it back to the disruption center. I asked for the post master on duty and the lady in the office said she didn’t know what a post master was. Now the office won’t answer. Be careful folks, the group of people working at this location are either purposely not working and not doing their job or they are grossly uneducated and under-trained.

Everyone there is rude and unprofessional and could care less that their mistake is physically hurting someone missing their medication . I was told there’s nothing they could do?? Make sense.
