- SJSandy JosephsSep 11, 20251.0Absopure service was bad . Primo service is atrocious. If I could give less than one star I would . Can’t even get through to customer service . I’m terminating my service with this terrible company . Called customers service many times and got the run around . Finally got through said the service manager was going to call me , and he never did . Was supposed to pick up 11 empty bottles last week driver never came . This Company should be closed down .
