- FTFrederick TaylorMar 3, 20251.0Waited on hold for an hour, then they closed. My packages were supposed to arrive three days ago and the courier didn’t deliver them instead of completing their route they just went on back and left my packages in the truck. Now I’m still stuck on hold trying to figure out where I can get my packages from because the only update is that they are expected to deliver next business day. Said that for the past three days. It’s sat at the same post office. Like many other people say, you either get your mail or you don’t.

I get my big packages from the Newburg office and the Post Master is always kind and willing to help with anything and everything she can. The packages are sometimes a little tore up but it's not the Post Master's fault. I know that they sometimes get that way from the shipping. This office is very convenient because it's a lot closer than Rolla. Good place and good people.

Packages show up reeking of cigarette smoke, and when you try to talk to the post master here about it and witnessing your carrier using a county road as their personal trash can to dump their cigarette can out on, she doesn't care! She will refer you to the Rolla office, Rolla refers you to the Springfield office and they try to pass you on to an 800 number that no one answers 🤦🏽♀️
