Mail and packages are regularly not delivered without notification — including my wife's prescription medications, which have had to be rerouted to other addresses. Business packages addressed to our LLC arrive days late with no official notice, despite postal policy requiring delivery within the stated timeframe. The postmaster has now withheld all mail claiming I must provide written documentation of animals I do not own and notify them when deceased pets pass — a policy that contradicts standard postal service. This affects both personal health needs and legitimate business operations. The postmaster and substitute carrier appear to be the primary issue. Multiple official complaints have been filed with no resolution.
