Jared who delivers on McVey street has created so many problems for me-and still has a job! Meanwhile a credit card I paid off.. apparently accrued $2.00 worth of interest, which led to a late fee, statements on a credit card I paid off were not delivered to me. A 30 day late fee hit my credit. My credit tanked. In the process of buying a house… we had to buy more points down. Jared I hope not doing your job haunts you. For the last few months I have been getting my mail returned to sender with no known new address. This affects my daily life. Utility bills, letters from the doctor, letters from the state of Missouri. I submitted a complaint online and was told it was taken care of. I have been waiting two weeks for "out for delivery" credit card as well as important business documents. I personally have gotten no mail with my name on it now for 3 weeks, that's no ads, no wonderful credit card offers. NOTHING. I have lived here two years and now I have to "verify" my current address with my credit card company since the statement was returned to them. They are refusing the current address I live at. What a mess! This Mt Vernon Post office needs some guidance.
