"B" is the best and most caring service oriented carrier that we have ever had. Willie at the counter is also solid.

Very disappointed with USPS service. My important immigration document was marked as "delivered," but I never received it—not just once, but twice. When I went to the local post office to explain, the supervisor was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t even try to listen or help resolve the issue. I’ve had to open complaints and investigations on my own, and it’s caused delays and financial strain. For something this important, I expected better service and basic human decency. If you’re sending critical documents, I’d strongly recommend choosing another courier.

Unprofessional Leadership That Undermines USPS Integrity I typically don’t write negative reviews, but the issues at the Maryland Heights Post Office have been persistent and egregious enough to warrant one — all stemming from the complete lack of professionalism exhibited by the Postmaster, Nikki. Not only has she repeatedly failed to handle matters competently within the office — from mishandling services to ignoring customer concerns — but what truly shocked me was witnessing her treatment of one of the employees in public. Her behavior was nothing short of dehumanizing: rude, belittling, and completely inappropriate for someone in a position of leadership. The employee, who was clearly working hard and trying their best, was spoken to in a way that was both disrespectful and unacceptable in any professional setting. This kind of public humiliation reveals a toxic management style that no employee or customer should have to witness, let alone endure. It's clear that morale and basic dignity are not priorities under her leadership. Due to the unprofessionalism, mismanagement, and unacceptable treatment of staff, I will no longer be using USPS services through this branch. I’ve chosen to rely on alternative delivery options moving forward — not out of preference, but out of necessity to avoid further frustration and to withhold my business from an environment run with such disregard for decency. If USPS cares at all about the integrity of its services and the welfare of its employees, a serious reassessment of leadership at this location is long overdue.
