I go here almost weekly to mail back returns. There is also a younger black gentleman that tends to be there on Fridays that is very nice and always gets me in & out. People complaining on here need to look in the mirror :D

He then rudely told me to “use the kiosk” which I had no clue on how to use and why should I do his job. I don’t get paid to do what he is hired to do. What happened to Customer Service? Does it even exist anymore?!!!!?

Once I gave up on those particular returns with him (I’ll try again at another UPS), he doubled back and apologized, but he really stressed me out. I won’t be back to this UPS because wow that was humiliating.
