In this past month alone, I am missing 2 different packages and have multiple other occurrences of mail returned to sender. Then it just dissappears on informed delivery, or i contact chat and get zero help ... Where are all these missing packages going if they arent with the sender nor the recipient?!

- SHS HOct 11, 20171.0Constantly exchanging mail with my neighbors because the postal carrier delivers to the wrong addresses. There's nothing confusing about our street; we all have our mailboxes clearly labeled with our addresses. I've had several packages that weren't delivered - the tracking numbers say things like "front entryway blocked" "no mail receptacle" or "no known street" - none of this has ever been the case at my house, it makes no sense. The most infuriating issue is when I pay extra money for overnight or 2 day shipping and watch as the postal carrier drives right past my house on the expected delivery date and puts a note on the tracking number that says "attempted - not known". No wonder USPS is struggling. I avoid using them every chance I get.
