Stopped up at the post office yesterday and dropped off 50 envelopes, and talked with the lady at the desk about what I needed to ship them. And today they all arrive back at our house.... turns out they need an additional 49 cents per envelope totaling 1.27 each... Absolutely ridiculous!

The two ladies who were working Saturday, July 12, 2025 were very rude, unprofessional and untruthful. I walked in with a stack of papers to be sent to one address. One of the workers was standing near the door and just stared at me and then finally said to the other girl what time is it, the other employee said oh it's 11 and the lady who was staring said to me "it's closing time". The employee who was staring at me said yeah were closed it just turned 11. And then she asked me if I was mailing all the papers I had brought in...I said yes but to just one address. And then she made it a point to tell me again that they are closed. That it has just turned 11. So I turned and started walking out and looking at my phone it read 11.00 a.m. I had thought they stayed open until noon, but seeing as how I got there a couple minutes before they had closed I should have been helped instead of being lied too.

Been waiting for a package for quite awhile and knew today that it was loaded on the delivery truck. I watched the mail lady deliver mail to the mailbox and just drive away. I immediately ran after the truck, trying to get her attention but she just kept driving delivering mail to the boxes. I realized either I wasn’t fast enough or she just didn’t care so I turned around and decided to get in my truck and see if she had it. I caught up with her the next street over and asked her about my package. She said that it showed I had one but she couldn’t find it, but luckily she decided to look. She opened her back door to her truck and long behold there it was along with a handful of boxes and packages that other poor souls wouldn’t receive today unless you begged for your package once you finally caught her. Simply she couldn’t find it because she didn’t want to look. This has been an ongoing issue with our delivery driver, even one time I had a certified letter that came. My wife said she watched her stop her truck and walk up, no doorbell or knock. She just stuck a deal on the door claiming no one was here. Please get employees that will at least make a good faith effort to take care of our mail and package needs.
