- GLGrant LayOct 28, 20251.0only reason this is getting 1 star is because i can't give it a zero. I was given a delivery window from 12:45-2:45PM. The delivery was attempted at 10:37. I needed to sign for the package and had someone that was going to be at the house at the time of delivery but instead the driver was quick to put a missed delivery tag on the door knowing that he was well ahead of the delivery time. I did not receive any notification that the driver was in the area even though i had notifications set up. Not to mention you also aren't given an option to pick up at a local location. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Customer service is inaccessible and despite 5 calls to corporate where multiple agents guaranteed Daniel would fix his mistakes and meet guaranteed Saturday redelivery, he and they failed again. Reports will be filed to investigate if driver stole package
