    I had to go there to pick up a package that they did not deliver. So I was very unsatisfied with everything to start. At which point they told me without a tracking number which I currently did not have, they could not find my package. That said even though the name and address on the package was what I was giving them. They wanted the tracking number to release the package. .

    Had two packages that were supposed to be delivered today per the app. Been sitting in Memphis since Monday. They were not delivered. No idea why. Since it’s Friday and I really need them I have to drive into Maplewood to pick them up. Poor service on so many levels. Clearance delays in Memphis. Bad weather delays in Memphis. Not worth the money sender spent.

    only reason this is getting 1 star is because i can't give it a zero. I was given a delivery window from 12:45-2:45PM. The delivery was attempted at 10:37. I needed to sign for the package and had someone that was going to be at the house at the time of delivery but instead the driver was quick to put a missed delivery tag on the door knowing that he was well ahead of the delivery time. I did not receive any notification that the driver was in the area even though i had notifications set up. Not to mention you also aren't given an option to pick up at a local location. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

    I went to the S Hanley location and the customer service was 10/10. Trey helped me out with all my packages and they will continue to get our business.
