- MTMaid TahirJan 14, 20261.0I came in 20 min before closing and saw the clerk who made eye contact and just ignored me...no greeting or informing me that please wait nor anything...she looked very mad and rudely ignored me. So I rang the bell, and after a 2 min she came out yelling like it was her kitchen. No sense of demonstrating professional conduct...just very bold very rude and disturbing, discriminating way of addressing someone. I live almost 20 years in this area and never had an issue with anyone at this location. But lately it is an issue of discrimination and her feeling absolute power in her position. After I told het that I wasn't going to take her attitude and I wanted to speak to her supervisor l...she bluntly said she was a supervisor and she refuses my service and that I should go somewhere else. Also another guy in the office saided with her at once and will be her witness. These situations are impossible, and what hurts one is that this is a norm and people like this are dealing with customers in such manner.l, and all this by working for this great company USPS that we all need all the time. She is putting shame on such a great establishment the USPS. I hope that their surveillance camera has captured all this as now my attorney will be trying to get this going. I will sue them as she truly made me feel discriminated and low, causing psychological harm.

Honestly a very weird thing to experience at the post office.

I will note his demeanor and tone is not good, and at first I thought he was upset with me, but realized this is just how he is. He seems very tired. Even though his demeanor made me assume he's upset, his behavior showed the opposite and he tried his best to be helpful and get me the cheapest option for international mail. He didn't have to, but he did it anyways. He's not a chipper person and it is easy to take it the wrong way, but he does seem to mean well and want to help folks, and I wanted to note that.
