  UPDATE: Leaving my previous comments below but I am changing my rating for Enterprise Business Solutions. After my review last month, almost immediately, I was contacted by Leslie, the CEO of the firm. We had an excellent conversation regarding each of my below grievances. She actively listened and was very apologetic about my recent experiences with her company. Since that conversation, each person that I have interacted with at her company has personally called me to apologize. Given that Leslie and Bob value my loyalty to their business and have made changes to some of their business process, I have decided to stay with Enterprise Business Solutions for my tax and accounting needs. Thank you to each of the employees of Enterprise Business Solutions who reached out to right this situation. =-=-=-= Perhaps Bob and his crew are only interested in working with small businesses, which is definitely a worthy niche. I started using Bob's firm back in 2011 when our personal taxes got too complicated for Turbo Tax. Bob was great! We met once a year, did our taxes, had some great conversations, got to know each other, heck, my wife hired his step daughter right out of college. Fast forward a few years and the only contact I would get from Bob and Enterprise Accounting was email and an online interface where I could submit all of my documentation. I absolutely appreciate efficiency and technology, but along with that I lost the ability to sit in front of my accountant and have a conversation. Which also meant that no one had to look me in the eye when the return prices started jumping by $50 - $100 increments every year. This past summer, I called the office on three separate occasions needing some details regarding 529 withdrawals. Asked that Bob or Jayson or anyone call me back. Over the summer! Not during tax season, and I never got a single call back. I shake it off and answer my own questions. A few days ago, I once again load up all my documentation to their online interface. Let them know that everything is there for them to calculate the return. Find out that now, on top of not having an appointment, continued price increases with no justification, and zero concern for returning simple phone calls (which is a common theme if you read through these reviews); that they want the tax return fee paid up front, before even looking at my return. What? Who pays for a service before the service has been rendered? I informed them I would not be paying up front, that I have always paid my tax return fee on time. They told me there was no other option. So I told them I will get my return done somewhere else. They were so concerned about losing a 13-year-long client that the reply was, "OK, thank you Adam." If you're a small business owner, perhaps this is the place for you. If you intend to use this place for your personal return, I promise you, you'll get better customer service just about anywhere else.

  Very professional and Fair, The team helped me thru some difficult clean up work when I joined the Enterprise Family. They gave me piece of mind and advise for the future.
