Constantly delivering my mail to the wrong address, and sending my mail back as undeliverable. There needs to be a better way to send and receive packages. I live in the middle of town for Pete's sake

Lazy. letters they will deliver but a package they mark as undeliverable. Waited a week for Macon post office to just drop the package off. Don't bother to try and call the local number, I believe they have the ringer off and no voicemail. Because they're lazy and don't want to hear how upset they're customers are.

My dog was locked in a bathroom in my master bedroom because we had to leave to get him a new kennel. The delivery claimed that because of animals. My dog has never barked, so I don't see how this was an issue. I called the customer support and they said that they declined the delivery because they were afraid My dog was going to go through the locked front door. These people are lazy.
