My wife went in to send out a package expressed it had to be in Nebraska by the 18th even used the priority express envelope the old lady that helped her ignored what was said also ignored the fact of it was an express envelope. Tracking said it was supposed to be here today showed in transit since Monday evening still no package. Was told by my wife that the lady was rushing and ignoring her. And did what ever she wanted instead of what was on the envelope and what was said and asked. My understanding after making phone call today the old lady is the post master if true she needs to step down and someone that is going to do their job the correct way step in
