Mail person is too lazy to walk to my door to deliver certified mail. Second time this has happened

They don’t even try to deliver to Copper Ridge Apartments like other delivery services do. They claim they do—but that’s simply not true! The mail carriers just hold all the packages at post oFFice . Many residents here don’t drive or have access to a car, and it’s incredibly frustrating. It’s pure laziness. They could easily leave the package at the door ,just like everyone else!

Best post office in the KC Metro area. They scan every package I drop down the chute. The people at the desk actually care and when you call, they actually care and try and help

I really wish I could give zero stars. My postal person is always messing up on my packages and mail does not deliver claims the roads are slippery. There’s nothing on the roads at all. Stop being lazy and do your job and the post office needs to look into this And other complaints it’s ridiculous
