TERRIBLE!!! I’ve had an appointment scheduled for OVER A MONTH. Show up day of. No call or nothing and “no passports”. Literally the worst.

Peyton was so lovely. I’ve never been helped to such a degree that she delivered when I went to apply for my passport. She streamlined the experience and sure to answer all of my questions. Definitely the most chipper government employee I’ve worked with in the past year or so. 10/10 experience.

Services offered do not match what is detailed on their website. When I brought this to the attention of the person working they became argumentative instead of accommodating. Typical government agency that lacks in customer service and decency.

My mail never gets stolen unless USPS delivers it, my apartment complex has mailboxes that are locked and my packages will be marked delivered in/at mailbox but if it’s USPS it’s NEVER there. And don’t even bother calling to open a case if your mail isn’t where it’s supposed to be because the postmaster will just call you and tell you that she’ll speak to the carrier and call you back but you’ll never get anything back except for a text notifying you that your case has been closed. Pretty sure the carrier who delivers mail to my complex is a thief and the postmaster just covers for them.
