- AWAna WongOct 24, 20255.0I want to say it's so refreshing to get great customer service. The ladies who work here are so kind and helpful. I had to come here because the office in Gladstone had a note on the door stating that they wouldn't be taking pictures for passports today, even though I had an appointment. I was told several times by people to never go there because it's a waste of time. Sure was. The Liberty post office will be my post office from here on out. It took literally 5 minutes to do my check and picture. The passport lady was so kind. Thank you guys for everything that you do.

We have a package area in our leasing office, but the mailman won’t leave it with the office or try taking packages . We receive a text when a package gets delivered to them. Every delivery service will deliver packages besides USPS!!😡 This needs to be changed! Postal man is being Lazy EVERY morning we get a Text from copper ridge apartments office if we have Packages to pick or Not . Start Delivering those packages!

- TWTony WadsAug 19, 20251.0Shipped a package to a client. Paid $10 for 3 day delivery. Not guaranteed but figured a day or two not a big deal. Package still said,liberty,mo . Went down to inquire. I was told ,it gets picked up and we don't know what happens to package ,it goes to Kansas City. I'd have to put in an Acquiry. So Id have to do there job,that they cant find out about ,but I could find out? Seems like a run around. They can't find it but I can ?A ridiculous response for postal employee. Spoke to the supervisor who said I don't know they don't answer my emails. And it's not guaranteed three days. But like everyone else says that's, That's why. You track a package all over the united states when it's going a town over. So like most people I'll stick with FedEx and U.P.S not like the cost anymore. SHAME what it's come to.
