I appreciate how helpful they during the stressful times during the holidays. Vitaliy Is super helpful and an excellent employee who makes sure the customer is informed on pricing and made sure that we were happy.
- JBJason BagwellDec 19, 20251.0This is an assessment of UPS as a company. The people are the store are perfectly lovely, helpful people. A+ UPS is a shadow of its former self. They will not deliver anything to your house anymore, despite that being nominally what you are paying for. They instead get it CLOSE to your house and insist that you come wait in line to receive your parcel. And god forbid you were out of town or unable to make it to the UPS Access Point: They will send your package back and keep your money. Because hiring and retaining willing employees is expensive. Plus (hopefully) they can charge you again when the package is re-shipped I never thought I’d say this but….UPS is worse than FedEx. And FedEx is trash. Hard truth.
