- AYAvery YorkOct 21, 20221.0If I could give zero stars I would. The hours are short and the staff is not very friendly or helpful. They changed the lock on my box, sent my mail back to the sender, charged me a $35 lock change fee and I still won't be able to the check I'm waiting for because they already returned it. I can't get mail sent to my house either because they can't deliver it a half a mile down the road. It's just a joke.
