I should not have to hunt down every package I order because y’all cannot correctly do y’all’s job. Out of the last 10 packages I have ordered that unfortunately used usps only 1 made it here. The rest claim to be delivered but apparently to the wrong address.

They changed the lock on my box, sent my mail back to the sender, charged me a $35 lock change fee and I still won't be able to the check I'm waiting for because they already returned it. I can't get mail sent to my house either because they can't deliver it a half a mile down the road. It's just a joke.
