- DLDavid LudwigMar 23, 20261.0Two boxes were received with antique golf clubs and both packages were damaged. The pictures were from the second package received. I confronted the person helping me when the first package was received from the PO and was informed it was the sellers fault as they did not pack it correctly. It was given to the postal service and delivered through the postal service. Not sure how it was the sellers fault. The second package arrived at my home damaged with part of my purchased item exposed to the elements for potential damage. I receive the same product through UPS and Fed Ex and each package arrives without any damage to the box.

When I asked a question about shipping time she said she didn’t know and didn’t try to help or direct me to someone who could. Not the level of service I would expect.

I’m over dealing with this post office as I need my passport soon and there cancellations are making it very difficult for me to go on my trip. They need to figure it out over there!

Been coming for years and staffing was no different today than on any other day I have been here. They just didn’t want to help. Wasn’t even anyone else in line.
