I used completely did self service. Dropped off stamped mail, bought more postage and international postage via the automated machine inside lobby. It was easy to use. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with they don’t answer the phone and all of a sudden stop delivering my mail because the new carrier said someone else moved in twice once in July now again in August he also tried to say the box was so full he sent stuff back I’ve only have 5 pieces of mail that WASNT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE IN MY MAILBOX they’ve sent packages back to sender and now I’m waiting on my license and they are doing the same thing but I get everyone else’s mail that has ever live at my house and I can’t even get in contact with them to see if my license was sent back they are unprofessional!

Multiple parcels marked as delivered and when checking the locked mailbox the packages are nowhere to be found.
