Told me to call a different location for a walk in but that location doesn’t do walk ins and is booked for 2 weeks out. Between being a full time university student and working 12 hour overnight shifts I have a busy schedule and really needed my appointment today, it was the only day possible for me. Now I’m stuck unable to go anywhere for a “walk in” and unable to book a new appointment elsewhere anytime soon. Even asked if there was any way they could communicate with the postal services around us and let them know they canceled my appointment due to short staffing and ask if they could get me in and they refused. So unprofessional and not at all helpful. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This location has the rudest staff and they do absolutely nothing about postal issues. I think my teenager is better equipped than the management I dealt with today. This behavior directly violates USPS standards for professional conduct and a harassment-free environment. It needs to be addressed immediately.
