- MSMorgan StoneAug 14, 20241.0This company will lie to avoid paying for damages they have caused. Driving east on K-10, my vehicle was struck by debris from one of Tom’s trucks. I emailed the office with the information they requested, and I was told the investigation would take a day or longer. Within 30 minutes I received a very rude and condescending phone call, explaining that they “didn’t believe me” and that “my story did not add up” despite having GPS tracking on each truck, and admitting that more than one of their trucks was on K-10 at that date and time. They claimed the truck was empty, but it was not. If your vehicle is damaged, do not bother seeking compensation- this company WILL NOT PAY FOR IT.
