Mine sat at destination facility for 3 days before delivery date was achieved. No explanation but I think it likely was misplaced and then found. Anyway, go with other more reliable shipping services like USPS or FedEx. I will not use UPS again.

- NNNells NellsAug 23, 20251.0Store owner, I am so disappointed with the customer service at your store and the lack of follow-up from the store manager at this location. I dropped off my envelope to be mailed and I asked the young man who was working to tape and seal it and he said he would but this never happened and my passport fell out and got lost. Envelope arrived unsealed and I have been at the store 4 times since this happened and the store manager lied and said she was following up but she didn’t because customer service said no claim has been filed in 2 weeks. Why? I’m sure it fell in the track or something and it’s in the lost and found somewhere between lees summit and Lenexa but no one knows to help find it without a claim filed. Can the owners help me with this???????
