Her diligence proved that the parcel never had been accepted or sent to the post office, and the fault was on Shepherd Hills Cutlery, not the post office. They never sent the package to the post office, even though they stated that they had done so. Excellent customer service here at this postal facility!

- GKGreg KeenJul 30, 20192.0It's very hard to get them to deliver an item at all. It might just be this Post Office but I would choose UPS instead of USPS so you know that your package won't get "lost"

It is nice when I am in a hurry to be able to run in and grab stamps and not have to get in line. Keep up the good work.
