Raised same issue with them 2 years ago. No change. Standing in front of store writing review, had two customers had same issue. UPS store: update your hours to match reality. You will find it to be very easy to do and makes people happy. Try it! If you update your hours and reply to this review confirming you did, I will donate $1000 to the Red Cross! Is that incentive enough? EDIT: UPS corporate reached out to me (below) but a month later no progress. So I am posting a picture of their actual store hours to help as many people as I can. Sorry Red Cross, no luck :(
