my mail is hardly ever delivered on time and the person i have spoken to over the phone has been anything but helpful. i have a package that was supposed to be delivered on january 27th that has still not been delivered and they have only attempted delivery twice since then. I urge you to use ups or fed ex if you live in this town because the post office is absolutely no help and it’s incredibly discouraging to deal with rude people with complete disregard to others and no pride in their work when you are trying to get a solution to your problem.

The employees at the Kirksville USPS are courteous, friendly and professional. They know the Domestic Mail Manual well and will help get your mail on the way.

Mail is always delivered to a different mail box. It says my package wasn't delivered because whoever didn't have access to the mail box. The mail box area is plowed. Nothing but laziness. Horrible, horrible service

I’ve never had as many issues with mail as I have since moving to Kirksville. Specifically, getting my mail marked as delivered after hours only for them to hold it at the post office and not leave a way to contact them. I’ve had so many packages that I’ve had to reorder or mark as unsent, to the point that I’ve had some companies flag my account for fraud when it’s a postal office issue. And the USPS company number will only direct you to automated messages and get you stuck, wasting your time until you give up. If you have to have something ordered, either order it out of city limits or order it to a pickup location, not residential.

Rude staff. You ask them a question about a package and they just hang up on you if they don't know how to answer you. And the workers can't even put the mail in the right box half the time.
