He is lazy beyond words and I can’t count the times he has refused to give me my packages and today 12/15/25 he lied to my bf then to me stating that the annex had returned my packages to sender yet when I called the annex they stated that my packages were there and would be delivered tomorrow. This man should not be working for the post office or anywhere if he doesn’t care about the customer. I’ve filed a complaint with the usps and spoken to his supervisor but anyone that abuses their position to get back at a customer is pathetic and for him to be lying and manipulating my packages at Christmas really says it all.
