They have always been willing to go the extra mile to fulfill all my postal needs and make every transaction a pleasant one. I don’t know why another reviewer only gave them a one star but I have found that if you treat everyone you come in contact with dignity and respect them they return respect and kindness.

The post master and an office worker have always been rude and unhelpful in every situation we’ve encountered with them. They have lied and acted like they could care less about our business. The customer service is so poor I would rather drive an hour to go drop packages off elsewhere. Please save yourself the turmoil and use Auxvasse.
