(No offense to carrier, ours does a good job)This is electronics that can't get wet, rain in forecast, so the package arrived at 8 am on Saturday at KCPO, at 10:46am they marked it as received, I arrived at 11:40 am and asked to pick it up, she refused and said she was short handed, very rude and would not walk back to grab a 24lb 20"x20"x20" box, short handed is not my fault, do a better job of running the facility. Ever since the USPS stopped hiring mostly veterans or hiring qualified people and went on this mandated hiring , the service and management are the worst in history.
