- JPJeffery ParksFeb 18, 20255.0In almost 14 years running a small business in Kennett, MO I haven't had any issues with the local Kennett branch that weren't handled well and with great service. The front desk is responsive, phone calls I rarely have to make to them are helpful, and the deliveries persons have been exceptional--truly going on beyond what I expect. On occasion a backup delivery person may not meet the regular's standard, but I think that's common among most organizations when someone has to temporarily fill in. Very pleased!
- TBTimW ByrdAug 5, 20241.0The rudest post office ever there mail carrier did not even deliver our mail went right by the house and took package back said we moved when we did not move never delivers our bills the supervisor was just as rude so yes I got rude back if you don't like your job get a different one.and find someone that actually does there job ,we have no dogs open box on the road no fence literally drive up put mail in box drive on its not complicated.
