AFTER CONSTANT BACK AND FOURTHS WITH AMAZON AND THE CARRIER I WAS TOLD MY PACKAGE WAS HELD AT THIS LOCATION AND TO COME SHOW MY I.D AND TRACKING TO RETRIEVE MY THINGS. I WAS MET WITH ATTITUDE AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG I WASNT HELPED AT ALL AND WAS ACCUSSED OF “causing a disturbance “ when One OF THE EMPLOYEES EVEN APPLAUDED ME FOR HOW I HANDLED THE WAY I WAS BEING TREATED . I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC STORY BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS AT THIS POST OFFICE . SHORT OLDER BLACK LADY WITH GLASSES HAS THE MOST TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS THERE FOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE 0 STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

However I had a package I absolutely had to mail out today, which I had hurried leaving my work to make it to the post office before 5, and they were randomly closed!!! It was an item I had sold on Ebay and had to mail today. Now I’m not only not getting paid but I’m out $5 in shipping, for a package I could not ship. That is money I depend on. I’m a restaurant manager, I am not allowed to close my restaurant when we are short-staffed. But USPS thinks it’s okay to close the freaking post office for that reason, on a normal weekday? Absolutely ridiculous!
