  I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding PO box rates, I received an email a week ago stating that I owed $72 for 3 months, the girl on the phone tried to charge me $280 for 3 months 😡😡😡 I paid $80 today and she says I owe the remainder on my payday, I'm getting with my attorney to see if there are any other unethical charges that can be filed against this facility... I have been here for 6 years and never have I paid this high of a rate, they claim they got new owners, but these extortionists will be chasing everybody out of their boxes... I believe I was defrauded today, and I'm looking into filing a criminal complaint ... I paid $80 today which is higher than the email I received, that is FRAUD 😡😡😡 the rate hike sure doesn't give people a chance to look for something else, I received no warning of this huge increase of rates.

  The store didn't label a package correctly, returned it to me after the return window and refused to give a refund. They said they couldn't give a refund because the item was shipped, even if it was the wrong address.

  Had to ship a lot today and Amina made the experience easy and was so sweet and explained everything she was doing, and let me know when we were almost done!

  Went to store to mail Amazon package, ready to go. The clerk, male, said they could not do it if ANY part to scanning code "rounded around the edge of the package. He was insistent he was right. Took the package to a nearby drugstore, they scanned it, the UPS system took it, I entered my e-mail, and UPS will pick it up at the drugstore on their next visit.
