- CCCaseyApr 6, 20261.0Their employee kept referring to me as “boss” but when white men came it he seemed to switch to “sir”. UPS needs do a better job of training their employees on not racial profiling customers.

The staff did not show patience and did not handle my items properly. Some of my products were not scanned correctly, and it resulted in missing items, which is completely unacceptable. I expected better care and attention, especially when trusting them with important shipments. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on how my situation was handled.
