- JJJayson JohnsonApr 2, 20261.0It’s disconcerting when the employee refers to Black people as “boss” and white people as “sir” or “mister”. UPS needs to do a better job of training their employees. Its always a safe bet to have your employees refer to every single customer the same way. And “sir” is usually safe. I am a highly professional and educated person, i am not your “boss” despite my skin color

After making two returns here within the past week - both using QR codes with no issues - I was suddenly told today that they "Don't scan QR codes at this location". When I questioned it, the manager became very rude instead of simply helping or explaining the inconsistency. It's frustrating to be given different information every visit and to be treated poorly when just trying to complete a return this experience definitely needs attention!
